MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – September 13, 2013 5:15 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr. and and Steven DellaGiustina
Also Present: Ed Deming
Reviewed an email from Erik Kaiser of Century 21 on the Bonadies property. Within the email he stated that the property was offered to the town sometime in the 1990’s for $385,000. In researching that information it had been found that a Special Town Meeting was held in 1994, and included an article to purchase Map 410 Lot 2 for $300,000. The article did not pass. Erik stated in his email that the information would be passed onto property owner Whitney Bonadies.
Selectmen’s meeting adjourned to the Public Safety Complex for an Emergency Management Plan Meeting 6PM.
Meeting adjourned at 5:45PM
